Trusted Mechanic

Just needed to say thanks one of the trusted mechanic in the South. Roger Feldt, south of Atlanta, was a great help. He not only repaired my NB, but was a teacher as well. Thanks Roger for you time, effort, and passing a on a bit of your knowledge.

Just made my first visit to Garden Grove VW in Garden Grove, CA for a couple of software updates. They have no problem with you going back into the service bay to watch as long as your wearing a pair of provided safety glasses.

I found both Steve and Roger to be very professional and helpful. They went about the job without hesitation and the whole affair was handled in about an hour or so.

I would recommend them to anyone living in Orange county (So. California)
