I ran into a very similar problem. and it was the O-rings on the T.
Definitely would try replacing them.

Air leak... could be any seal in the system.

Hard Start 2003 tdi on

Thanks for help replace orings in tee and all the air bubles went away but when coolant temp is below 60 degrees and above 45 the car will not start Cold start in moring perfect and hot restart perfect if it only cools down a little bit once you get to 60 or below it will not start

Car already has new glow plugs and module thermostat and coolant switch only thing when car won't start the glow plugs will not fire not even for the couple of seconds the light is on. Thank you for any help or more information.

uhh... there's one problem here... there are no marks on a TDI engine!
