euro cluster mileage question

hello, I recently purchased a euro cluster from a fellow here on these boards and unfortunately he failed to mention it had been used, although I specifically asked for a new cluster. for the price I paid I would rather have a new cluster, especially since the lens is scratched (!!), but knowing well how people work I think I'll deal with the used cluster. anyway, thanks to all the wonderful dubbers here I have found out that the mileage readout may be already set. my question is weather or not it is at all possible in any way to get the mileage set to my car. the cluster has a sticker covering the old part number with the new one, also a sticker with the 'immobilizernummer' and 'login' number. any input will be greatly appreciated.

You have to flash the chip to reset the milage.
