Audi a4 b7 2.0tdi brd turbo upgrade

Hello, i have an Audi A4 B7 2.0tdi BRD engine and i want to know what kind of upgrades i should install in order to hit the 230-250hp mark. The car is curently bone stock. What type of turbo can i use for upgrade, i curently have KKK Borg Warner 43.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

GTB1756 turbo, 4bar map sensor, stronger clutch, remove dpf and egr. Also would be nice to change intercooler and boost pipes to be sure they will cope with 2.2 bar of boost which you will need for 250hp.
