Hi, the blue slug has started to play up over the last few weeks, now its a steering problem. Yes i know I should get back down to the local tyre depot, but I would like to have an idea on what they should be looking for.

Everything is tight, the wheels are clean and the rotors are not warped. I have jacked the front up and there appears to be no play in the suspension or steering componants.

Heres the problem, after having the tracking checked and being told "its ok now"

whilst parking full right lock makes the PAS squeal
at low speeds up to 15mph there is noticeable wobble at the steering wheel, like a metronome
between 20 and 40 the car fels nervous on bumpy roads
at cruising speeds the steering drifts to the right but only has vibration if the steering is overcorrected from dead ahead, there is no abnormal wear on the tyres.

I really don't want to go back to the same depot unless it is to tell them they are useless.
