This is a Pennsylvania car, however, this would not be a problem in Mass. Ive owned, and still own TDI swap cars that have never had an issue with registration or inspection.

I still need to post up more pics and vidoes of the car now that I washed it and tied up some loose ends. I've put almost 200 miles on it, no issues at all.

Ive found that a clutch kit from an Audi A4 2.0t works with the diesel 4 cylinder 240mm flywheel. Id trust it to 250 ft/lbs for a stock Luk part..... for more power than a tune Id look to something like a southbend stage 2 or 3.

You went with the euro diesel DMF. Did you use a diesel starter?
How about the fuel tank and pump?

My guess is that he used the 5.5mm spacer with the euro snub nosed starter he already mentioned. The Euro LuK DMF requires the snub starter and a spacer.

You can get away without the snub starter and the spacer if you get a custom flywheel such as the ones that Scott Dewitt commissioned.

I'm beginning to think that the oem DMFW setup from Frans is the way I should go along with his custom 17/22 turbo. All the bits in one delivery is worth its extra cost to me.

Yes to the above. Use the parts that were intended to be used.

I did a full tank of B50 and got me about 35mpg.

This was about 50/50 city and highway. I think it would have been better if the air suspension was level. Right now the rear is dropped lower than the front.... till I fix it.

You imported the engine?
changed differential gears, or complete transmission swap?
I am a noob, sorry for all the questions.

If the air ride is acting wackey follow the reset procedure guide found here http://allroadfaq.com/main/index.ph...pension-service&catid=40:suspension&Itemid=67

or try this if you have a VC Cable.

Put the Allroad in JackMode by holding the up & Down button for approx 10 seconds. The Green indicators will stay illuminated and the suspension light will illuminate on the dash.
Open VCDS > Once connected > Select Control Module > 34 - Level Control > Select "Login", enter code 08367 > Basic Settings button > enter group 026, once initialized push the UP button to start the fill of the front axle. This process can be repeated until the front bags inflate.
Group 026 = Continue to 027 to fill front axle
Group 027 = Fill front Axle with 9 Bar
Group 028 = Continue to 028 to fill rear axle
Group 029 = Fill rear axle with 9 bar
Group 030 = Continue to 031 to fill Reservoir tank with 13 bar
Group 031 = Fill Reservoir tank with 13 bar
