Front armrest replacement options

Have you replaced your worn out armrest (mine is 13 years old)? Please share your experiences, quality vs. cost, etc.

I did some searches, but nothing recent/specific to my question came out.

Mine is in reasonably good shape, no complaints or need to replace.

That said, if mine was worn, I would be looking in a pick and pull type salvage yard for a replacement. I don't think there is enough demand like the MK4's that the aftermarket would offer many solutions.
