Default VW POLO 1.4TDI

Hi, i have a question:

Normally my polo 1.4TDI (3 cylinders) has 75HP, a 25.000km's ago (total of 50.000km's) i chipped it to 107hp, still no problems, but i wonder, is it safe, should i go lower, can i go higher,...? For a small car it is very pleasant driving, superb acceleration, a top speed of 195km/h at 4250RMP in 5th, oh i would like a 6th gear. I wonder if i could change the gearbox, or the gear settings, can anyone help me with the above questions?

Kind regards
