I need a new N75 valve since the old one makes noises when turning the engine off.
The standard one on my engine code ATD is 1J0 906 627 A . I wonder if fitting a newer version 1J0 906 627 B would be even better (last longer, provide better acceleration, etc.)
My engine code is ATD with 101 hp and the AXR, also a PD TDI, uses the 1J0 906 627 B . The AXR is only slightly different from the ATD, mainly to meet emission regulations in Germany (fun topic, I know... ). Then, even the VW Beetle with the ATD engine uses the 1J0 906 627 B .
The ports on the 1J0 906 627 B point in the opposite direction (compared to the 1J0 906 627 A) but that is no big deal. I can lenghten the vac lines just a bit.
So, does anyone know if fitting a 1J0 906 627 B on a MKIV ATD has any advantages over the 1J0 906 627 A?
