Wow. What's the side you'll see look like?

Plan on laying some clear? It'll cut down on the shine, but that thing will require constant upkeep, otherwise.

Well the motor is complete again, I have a/c lines to finish, finish rear brakes, i have to hook up my air compressor, a few small things and road test

Been working on the new style shift box, i'm debating on whether to run the box on inside the cab or underneath, the cables ore really tight underneath and clearance to the dash is close, if I run them inside I can move the shifter box back a little for more clearance

You'll have to go back to the Rabbit shift linkage. Heard good reviews sbout it. I owned it, but never used it.

I have it in my truck. Combined with the spherical bearing shift base its really nice. A little finicky to set up but once done works very well.

Got home &#55356;&#57312; fri night, jumped out to the shop, worked all night &#55356;&#57091; on the truck, got the shifter done, console back in all the guages hooked up and wired, only think left is to install my air gauge and switch, need to put my seat &#55357;&#56506; back in, Travis my son helped me get 5th gear in, and trans fluid in, had rear calipers to put on, had them powder coated and rebuilt, come to find out, previous owner of calipers had overtightened the banjo bolts, he must have helicoiled them but they didn't hold so big disappointment &#55357;&#56867; after doing all that work, so couldn't take it out for a drive, next week I hope &#55357;&#56911; to have that resolved and drive it, it fired right up though, so she is anxious to hit the street

Been 3 weeks since last home, finished my e-brake adjustment, shifter needed adjusted, got that done, still have a air shock leak, haven't found that yet, actually took it up the street and back, noticed a leak in the intercooler water line, have to look into that, had to park it, go get medicine for the wife, she's had a real tough time with the kehmo she had done Thurs probably be 2 weeks before I get back again

Thursday I wrapped up the Panda Express they had there Grand opening, all went well, next week I start a Books a Million in Murfreesboro 26 miles away from my house, i should be able to finish my truck up now, not much left..I took it for a short spin but the valve cover leaked real bad so back in the shop

Thursday we lost one of the most genuine VW person I have ever known, Jeff Bynum, Bynum builds,Jeff inspired me helped me build the truck that I have, his attention to detail, his pride, his willingness to help others, his knowledge to the VW World was amazing, Jeffs builds were known all over the country, Jeff was a dear friend, a great husband, it has been an honor to know him, his legacy is like none other and I'm proud to have known him. His dad Wayne and his wife Sue and Jeffs wife Nickie I Will hold dear to my heart, my Prayers will be for comfort in this time

I got the caddy out today to finish putting interior together only to find that the turbo I bought is no good had oil running everywhere it was brand new
