IMMO3 cluster swap - Chicago and surrounding area

I am looking for someone who may have information or resources to help me with my immobilizer 3 cluster swap. I have a euro cluster and will require reading the eeprom from my old cluster and swapping it over.

Any insight is greatly appreciated

I readed eeprom of dash with VAGeepromprogramer 1.19 with VAG KKL 409.1 cable.
I readed eeprom of ECU (1.9TDI EDC15P) with vag commander 2.5 with VAG KKL 409.1 cable.
