It is pristine -- and the reason I was-am geeded off about the lack of compensation for "condition" in the settlement, numbers.

... and not to say ---- no one gets a "credit" for being way under the 1,042 miles per month

Oh well .... By taking the FIX, I have the future use and future value of the low mileage and condition ~~~ least we remember the 11 year, 162,000 VW warranty

I suppose, you're closer to @25k with tax and interest.

They are offering you $25625 for the car. But that is ~18.5k car value + $7k restitution.

Restitution amount is already yours whichever option you select, so you only look at $18.5k. That is ~$6.5k less that approximate total price you paid for the car.

Why would you agree to lose $6.5k and this great car with 10yrs warranty?
