Anyone know what components are associated with this monitoring system? System is coming up failed or incomplete. Thanks.

has a log from a drive during which I reset codes and watched them clear.
have you reset codes, and how many miles and drive cycles (cold to warm) have you put on since the code reset?
What I am suggesting is that the OBD monitor is saying the test has not completed. not that a failure is indicated.
if there is a failure, you should be able to use a VCDS to see additional specific error codes.
