97 Golf TD 299k km
Bought a 2012 Golf Wagon Highline TDI 42k km a month ago.
So far - new battery, fixed sunroof drains, and got fuel flap open (!) so I can put in my first fuel fill. Also had lift spring kit (IDParts) installed this week.
Victoria, BC

Damn! What happened to the fuel filler door? And how were you able to fix?
The one on my friend's Mk5 wouldn't close but we were able to access it under the side-carpeting and fix the little servo there. Curious how the Mk6 works.

The Mk6 is a single unit - no actuator rod.
More details at:
Fuel flap won't open
