Hi all,
I borrowed a buddy's bone stock '01 to get around in (mine has been down for a while now - I don't even know whats up with that) at the beginning of June, and ran into an issue that I don't have confidence in repairing myself (nor the tools).
Long story short, the car has been down since July 6th due to a leaking injection pump that won't hold any pressure. The leak is coming from the head of the pump, and drips out quite a bit it seems.
If it does 100% come down to the fact that there is either no shop close by, or guru that can help, I'm more or less going to have to do it on my own utilizing the Dieselgeek method of stretching the seal over the head, but I'd rather have the work done by someone waaaay more qualified than me, and that they know what they're doing.
