First off, I have been a member and lurker for a long time. However I prefer not to get involved in the forum back and forths.. However it has been hard on threadzilla as my wife has a 2013 Passat SEL TDI. I tried to do an intro post but it keeps asking me to log in.

I'm sure this post will get flamed because many people feel that if you don't post every minute of the day then you must own a POS that you are trying to dump off on someone else. To each his own, my lack of forum action has nothing to do with this car.
