Leaking Sunroof.

I have read through a bunch of posts on this subject and I just wanted to get opinions.

I have a 2025 GSW with 111k on it so it's well past the warranty.
I have only noticed the leak in the past weeks because the passenger side floor is damp. Especially the rear passenger floor. And as I looked closer, I found water stains by the front pillars.

I tested the 4 drain holes and water does pour out the bottom. So they seem to be working.

So my question is the water leaking in from the drain pipes inside from the connection point? Or is there some other possible place it can leak from.

It's parked in my garage and I hardly open the sunroof so it's pretty clean in the channel.

Any thoughts on this are appreciated.

Was the sunroof recall performed?

No I wasn't aware of it, I'll call them on Monday. Hopefully I can still get it fixed. I did find the drains in the front and removed the little orange caps. The driver's one is a pain. There both are behind the shock towers near the firewall.

According to my dealer there is no recall on the Sunroof.

That said, VW is also being sneaky and calling it a “service campaign” and not “recall” .
