WhooooooWeeee yes 38 Pages! I'm picking up a 2010 Jetta for my Son that has the 10 or 15 Minute Delay. It was about 8 pages in before "most" agreed it was the RCV valve. I am an HVAC Contractor but residential systems do not have the RCV Valve. We use an Additive Supco 55 in some problematic systems. I'm tempted to hit the system with 1 ounce of Supco before changing the valve.

10 years ago I "tried" to give away my Computer with Vac-Com and had no takers. Looking in the closet last night... Hey, there it is. So I still have my old Vag-Com.

I'll post back later on what RCV the 2010 Jetta has and if the supco 55 helped it.

I just replaced my rcv valve... went from around 50 degrees (when it felt like it!) now will go down to 37.5!..In just a few minutes...96 here in GA..WOW!!..what a relief!..also it was a breeze to install..put in exactly 525 grams of r134a.. at 11:00..80 outside...lowest temp this morning blowing out the vent 34.7 using 2 gauges, one digital the other analog...pretty darn good..never got THAT cold!
cruising around stays at 38-39
