Oil Change Interval

I'd be more concerned about the "coolant change interval" rather than OCI with how much abuse the coolant sees on this platform.

I'm thinking @ 60K i'll get a full flush.

Bringing this thread back for an update, I sent in a sample with over 10K miles and it came back stellar. I can even run it a couple more thousand which I intend to do to round my oil changes back to the 10,000 mile intervals. Being that the results were so stellar I am inclined to stick with the Castrol. The 10,000 miles was about 75% highway. The low wear numbers might also be due to the fact that I have driven the car with fuel economy in mind, I rarely exceed the speed limit and very rarely accelerate hard.
This report makes me very happy.

Oil type: Castrol 5W/30 (LL03)
Miles on oil: 10,425
Miles on TDI: 38,000
Make up oil: 0
