6th gear change for DSG ??

Also what is the overall best MPG tune for the BRM motors???

No. The 5-speed trans has a unique design feature in which the 5th gear is outboard of the bearings, and can be accessed (and changed) after removing the end cover. On the 6-speeds (manual or DSG), this is not the case, and changing gear ratios will require removing the transmission from the vehicle and completely disassembling it, and that's IF you can find suitable alternative gear ratios.

In stock form, it is already very close to as efficient as it is going to get.
