2015 noisy lift / fuel pump

Does anyone else have this issue?
15000km on car and the fuel / lift pump seems very noisy.
Noise is from the rear passenger side area. It is a whining that continues when you shut off the car for a couple of seconds.
I did not notice it when we bought the car. Soon after I noticed it occasionally especially it seemed when the fuel tank was under 1/2 full. Now I hear it all the time. Dealer says it is normal. Said they checked a few other cars and they had the same noise = no issue.

I found that my 2012 had that noise when under 1/4 of fuel.

My 2015 I haven't run that low in a long time but I faintly remember hearing it as well.

I hear mine all the time.
When I shut off the ignition the sound continues as it shuts down.
Can you confirm this in your vehicle Steve?
