Color: Black ext, Gray int.
Engine: ALH TB changed at 80k
Transmission: 5-speed
Miles: 105k
Location: Brownsville, TX -- You can fly into Brownsville (BRO), Harlingen (HRL) or McAllen (MFE) I will pick you up to make the deal if needed.

Clear TX Title
Features:
- Power Windows, Locks, Mirrors(heated), sunroof
- Monsoon Stereo (works but LCD display is not working properly)
- Aux input jack for IPod, Sirius, or whatever else connected in to the stereo CD Changer port
- Side Curtain Airbags
- Cloth seats
- Cruise Control
- Tilt Wheel
- Factory Alloy Wheels
The Good:
- Stock, never modded
- 2nd Owner
- 10k old tires still look like new
- Adult Owned
- Non-Smoker
- Southern Car - No Salt, No Rust
- Very Cold A/C
- Maintenance and Service Records.
- Headliner intact
- Have both remote keys and mechanic/valet key
- Shifts easily and pulls well for having no mods.
The Bad:
- Airbag Light On and Undiagnosed. The light came on when the alternator failed and never went back out. Will check and reset if I can find a vagcom nearby
- Two or three of the defrost lines at the bottom of the rear window do not work.
- On some cold starts, you can hear the starter bearing.
The Ugly:
- Crack in Windshield, professionally repaired, not expanding, at the top not in the way, passes state inspection
- Missing VW emblems from center caps of three wheels. Still have one of them, but have not reattached.
Major Service/Repair: (have receipts for all of this from PO)
- Front Strut Bearings and Bushings replaced under warranty at 49,155 mi.
- Clutch Hydraulics Replaced at 71,135 mi.
- 80,000 mi. Service Including Timing Belt Change at 81,215 mi.
- Minor Body Work at 82,461 mi. Repaired perfectly.
- Fuel Injection Pump Replaced at 91,787 mi. Current FIP has been driven on ULSD only.
- Alternator replaced and upgraded to Bosch 120A unit (Will look for Invoice)
- Glow Plugs and Harness Changed at ~94,000 mi.
- Big radiator fan replaced 102k miles
- Hole in seat repaired (see PO's post)
