Hello,
New to the forums. I FINALLY got my 1998 tdi jetta, metallic green, 5 speed, less than 95,000 miles. I drive on dirt roads a lot, yipeeeee, and would like to do some suspension upgrades. I'm looking for a little better ground clearance without effecting the handling. Any suggestions?

Bilstein HDs with Shine Springs and a moderate lift kit go a long way...

Thanks for the Info people! I will look into the various options...I'm a little concerned about messing up the handling, do the strut spacers have any bad effects?

Yeah, anytime you raise the center of gravity on a vehicle you will affect its handling ability negatively.
