Bypass FCM for FAN and AC system

After few days in research now I can bypass the faulty FCM in my Golf MK4 by using several relay
1. Relay 01 to feed VDC to Lo-Spd Fan when ignition (T14/9)
2. Relay 02 (SPDT) to switch VDC to Hi-Spd Fan when signal from T14/8 (AC and blower on)
3. Relay 03 to feed VDC to AC compressor clutch (T14/10)
At this time I ignore some signal from other pins to toggle Hi-Sped.

Problem is I mistakenly jump T14/7 to T14/8 and now T14/8 become Negative VDC which I suspect some problem with Diode or Resistor in AC Heater Control Module.

Any AC diagram please that lead to fix this pin T14/8 back to positive VDC to toggle the Relay 02.
After fixing this I'll add more relay to toggle Hi-Spd from various sensors.

You might try replacing the FCM instead of making the problem into a science project and causing more damage.

I was crazy to try to fix it while the spare part is hard to order from Cambodia.

I will send it to garage today and still looking for advise for the above issue.
Why T14/8 is always has negative (-12) even car is shut off? Normally there will be +12V when AC and Blower is turn on.
