From my understanding from some here and dealer.. that the "new" filters are no longer a "filter"
...they have removed the internal filtering guts and now just "open"... so...what effect will this have on the system?? It was put there for a reason right?? I assume to catch any blow by from the DPF.....possible more contamination in intake/turbo?...so if no filter, what can we expect??..a little soot in the tail pipe,worse??... That is if this really is true??
