I like the CR-Z. I've seen one, haven't driven one, but the size and drivetrain are intriguing. The current issue or R&T says there may be an Si version coming. That could be interesting. Right now it's not quick or economical enough to be compelling.

I had an '84 CRX. In fact I chose it over a GTI. At that time it was the GTI interior that I didn't like. I had a '78 Rabbit diesel and liked the German interior much better.

If the moron driving the TDI had bothered to downshift he'd have blown the doors off the Honda with the additional 100ft-lbs.

Exactly! This was nothing more than two meat heads cruising through the country. Who cares about the HP though, the torque is what does all the work.
