I actually tend to doubt this. Even Walmart has some standards, Prothe apparently does not.

Not true. The courts have special "small claims" rules that keep costs and legal BS to a minimum and often exclude lawyers.

Very consumer friendly, the only guy who'd get hammered there would be Prothe - he would need to appear locally and would almost certainly lose.
