Any opinions on the VW Jetta 1.4t engine.

Really like my 2011TDI Jetta but the buy back offer is pretty good and my TDI is getting close to 150k. So any opinions on the 1.4t engine, good or bad. I test drove a 2017 Jetta with this engine and was impressed on how much power this little engine had. Really surprised on how little info there is out on the 1.4T. Thanks.

There have already been several threads here on this subject. One went on long enough that the OP who bought the car (who liked it) has since moved back to a TDI.

I would not give up a TDI for one, but they seem to be a pretty decent package overall. And since the S model is the only NCS Jetta I would have ever considered anyway, due to the value of the rest of the car, I'd say if you like it go for it.
