It seems about once a month I notice my radiator fan running 30 to 35 minutes after the car is shut off. In each case it was after a short drive, of perhaps 10 minutes.

Today it is COLD out there, -10c. I drove about 10 minutes again, and the fan was running again after shutting the car off. I let it run about 15 minutes, but was worried about killing my battery with the cold temperature, so I started my car then shut it off. This seems to be a fix to stop the fan from running. No dash lights come on to indicate a fault.

Has anyone had this problem with a 2010 Jetta TDI?

None any more. My heart couldn't take it.
No problem, search for "DPF Regen" or "Fan Runs on" or similar. It has been discussed to death.

Perfectly normal part of emissions system, let fans run.
