glow plugs /light flashing

Was traveling on n 79 my glow plug light started flashing stop for fuel went out .. ant ideas to why it would do this

A search will produce a list of causes for that.

Since the light quit flashing after a re-start, I'm going to stab in the dark considering there are at least a dozen reasons for the GP to flash. Brake switch acting up would be my #1 guess. #2 Accelerator pedal acting up. And, #3 connector to the accelerator pedal losing contact on one or more of it's circuits........... again, based on the re-start clearing the flash. Lastly, there will be a DTC even if the Check Engine Light isn't on. So, have it scanned for DTCs.

X2 on Brake Light switch. Might have been stuck and after a restart it cleared.

Or it may never come back again. My '99 did that when it was almost new, threw a code for lift sensor, never had it but once.

My glow plug blinks when there's a fuel related problem, example: if I unplug the wiring of my pd wiring injectors and plug again the glow plug light blinks.

I would suggest a dtc read.
