Monday am early,while my wife and I were
returnng from work, 2 horses run across
road in front of us. We're both ok;
just flying glass and alittle stiff.
Horse down for the count. Our TDI is
on
its way to Aristocrat in Sanford to get
a
new nose job Damn, does VW build a

Must be mating season. Just the other day a horse was running feverishly west right near the shoulder of SR 50 near Christmas when I was going eastbound, just before sunrise. Saw it just before I passed it.

I was in my friends car one day, stopped at a red light, when WE were hit BY a horse! Complete with panicking little girl clinging desperately to the horse's mane as it galloped wildly through heavy traffic. They road off into the sunset. (Well, the mall parking lot, actually.) Don't know how it turned out, but the Pinto (the car, not the horse) had a dented fender. My friend said, simply: "Hmmm. There's something you don't see every day."

Did you both become Casper the friendly ghosts (did your air bags deploy)? Glad you were not seriously injured. Sorry for the damage to the car.

No, Thank God the air bags did not
deploy!! That saved about $4000 on the
repairs. As it is, estimate is about
$5000; ad two weeks of driving a FORD
Out-of-Focus For those of you who
don't know it, VW has a special
windshield formular!!! Ours took a 5yr old horse and only cavedin; no holes or penatration!! After this experience, we recommend to all VW owners - If you hv to replace a windshield - Use ORIGINAL VW glass!!!
