..me thinks its wiring maybe ,,but to what ...anyone ...
keeps going into limp mode

You have a boost pressure leak somewhere, have you looked at the charge air cooler to see whether it's damaged or has a hole in it?

You might want to disconnect and cap the ends of the system and pressurize it a little (or vacuum too) and listen to see if there's a leak somewhere.

Also, not sure whether AFN ECU has the MAP sensor inside but if so there is the small hose in there that often goes bad.
