1.6 tdi clha idle problem

Hello all , my octavia mk3 after hot start idle variation . Problem location : cold start engine working good , off engine 90c. and after 40-50 minutes start engine again idle variation (easy jump ) . Remove cover engine whit tdi logo , engine hod workings good, returno cover engine (tdi logo) , hot engine bad working . Vcds not found errors. Maybe temperature in fuel easy droped fuel pressure regulator or fuel pressure sensor. Pfff i don't know.

Unhook the EGR pipe that goes to the intake a check for exhaust flow. 1.6 EGRs are prone to failure, shaft gets stuck.

All 1.6tdi suffer from EGR issues.

Way , after removal cover engine and driving no problem ?

Hi, can any one of you use vcds and record values of fuel metering valve activation, fuel pressure regilator valve activation and upload clip for ea288 heated to 90 degrees of field work (idle)?
