What else to look at at 100,000 miles?

Having gotten the timing belt and all the other VW recomended service done, what else should I look at and maybe replace?

How about a little more info? Year and model?

Apparently from another post from her, some dude said its an 03. no mention if PD or VE though.

It's a 2003 Golf TDI, ALH engine and manual tranny.

I'd check the EGR valve and Intake Manifold for clogging. They may need cleaning.
Time to check/clean the snowscreen, if it hasn't been done.

I'd also check the alternator pulley, serpentine belt tensioner and serpentine belt roller for wear. I assume they changed the serpentine belt when they did the timing belt. If they didn't, I'd change it.

At around 100k I changed the tranny gear oil. Old stuff was nasty and stinky. Put 2l of the vw stuff in and shifting went to being super smooth. I had not had a problem with the shifting, but sure noticed an improvement. Got to be better for the gearbox too.
