What else to look at at 100,000 miles?

Apparently from another post from her, some dude said its an 03. no mention if PD or VE though.

I'd check the EGR valve and Intake Manifold for clogging. They may need cleaning.
Time to check/clean the snowscreen, if it hasn't been done.

I'd also check the alternator pulley, serpentine belt tensioner and serpentine belt roller for wear. I assume they changed the serpentine belt when they did the timing belt. If they didn't, I'd change it.

At around 100k I changed the tranny gear oil. Old stuff was nasty and stinky. Put 2l of the vw stuff in and shifting went to being super smooth. I had not had a problem with the shifting, but sure noticed an improvement. Got to be better for the gearbox too.
