1.9tdi Passat issues

Hi Guys,
Just looking for some advice I have a DTC P0234 turbo engine boost condition limit exceeded.
When I delete the code the car drives perfect then when I’m on the motorway if I accelerate hard the car goes into limp mode around 110km? Won’t rev over 3000ish and loses power.
When I change gear the car boos/flutters.
Would this be a faulty waste gate or do I have a boost leak?
It’s a 2006 1.9tdi Passat.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciate.

Thank you have been doing abit of research think it’s a faulty waste gate so going to do some digging today and see can I sort it out

So over the weekend I realised when I removed the MAF sensor the power has improved so have one ordered but when test drove it with the sensor disconnected I’m getting an dtc for the egr flow insufficient flow but I replaced the egr a few months back and inspected it and it’s clean, so my question is can the MAF effect the Egr?
