I have had a problem with the infamous window regulator (see thread http://forums.tdiclub.com/NonCGI/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=17;t=005234 ) and I receided a bad support from VW Spain Customer Relationship Department, and I would like to escalate the complain to VW Germany.
I suposse there is a department in VW Germany for international customers, something like like VW Corporate Customer Affairs.
Can somebody provide the mail address.
The address for German customers may be OK to, I suposse that if I send my complain there, they will forward the complain to the International department.
