2007 Mitsubishi Outlander with 130PD engine occasionally drops into limp mode (no eml) Usually this only happens on very lightweight throttle though. It never goes into limp mode under load and will happily pull up hill on full throttle no problem.
The turbo actuator is free. It's had a new Bosch MAF, coolant sensor, fuel temp sensor and egr valve.
