1.9 bxe engine swap with bjb

Hello guys i got Altea 07 reg with famous Bxe engine , the engine chocking at the moment , i want to swap it with BJB or 1.9 AsZ , what is the best option, i will appreciate any help or advice Thank you cheers

Better is ASZ definitely stronger than BJB. BJB has DPF right?

ASZ/ARL all the way.

How about 8V PD160 BUK, BPX or 16V PD BKD?

**** that 16v PD's, too many cracked heads

As above, pd 130/150 will do nicely ! Lots of tuning potential and stout as well...
