I was soooo tempted!

I recently bought a new 2013 JSW. I was in the Montana DMV paying for my registration; the guy asked me what kind of plates I wanted.

I already have personalized plates (YUN YUN), but I was really tempted to ask for TDI something, just to see what they would say.

I remember a thread a while ago, a guy in Montana (IIRC) asked for a TDI license plate, he was refused because it was "dirty and disgusting" or something like that.

I've seen a fair amount of users on here with plates similar to "TDI PWR" or "VW TDI," "GOLFTDI," etc.I don't see what the problem is.

How about "CYAPrius"

I don't see what the problem is either, but as I recall in a thread some time ago, someone wanted a TDIsomething plate on their car. Someone at the Montana DMV said something like "Do you know what this means!! That's disgusting! You're not getting that plate"
They read TDI as ti**y.
