glow plug relay

hey guys hoping someone can help having troubles with morning starts started with glow plug relay(new) glow plug harness glow plugs the glow plug fuse is good glow plug light comes on stays on longer when cts disconnected so its goodpower is going everywhere but still no power to glow plug harness 12 hours chasing wires today loosing my mind could i have bought a faulty relay

Glow plug fuse is good via your eye, or good because you've found 12V on both sides of it with your meter?

Asking because they have been known to develop microcracks over the years that can be hard to spot visually.

Otherwise your best bet is to ground your meter and then carefully trace the voltage from battery thru fuse to relay socket to other side of relay socket to glowplug harness connector to glowplugs. It's getting lost somewhere along that path.

What year car? Any cluster or ecu swaps in the past?
