Blower Noise?

Hi all.

About a month ago I had my timing belt replaced at my 120k miles service, but for the last week or so I'm getting what sounds a lot like belt noise when I use my ac/heat fan. It doesn't happen quite all the time, and it starts mostly if I make a sharp turn. Turning off the fan makes the sound stop. I can't imagine it's the belt, must be the blower. Could it be a bearing making the belt like noise?

Yep my blower motor has been replaced 4 times in less than a year for this same issue.
