2006 Jetta TDI tranny has a delay any ideas?

Our 06 Jetta tdi 290kmiles with the DSG tranny has a vibration in the seat(not the steering wheel) when accelerating but smooth like normal once you reach desired speed and there is a delay when shifting into drive or reverse from park. And when put into park and let off the brake the car will roll aprox 6" before stopping. We have replaced the dual mass flywheel and both cv axles. It has been like this for almost a year. The local VW repair shop(not great on tdi knowledge) has no idea but did say the motor mounts were ok

After DMF replacement, my car also began to roll a few inches after placing the transmission in parking. I hope someone will chime in and tell us why is that happening.

Because it's a high mileage DSG? this Forum member: http://forums.tdiclub.com/member.php?u=38678 may be able to give you some real advice. Just thinking about repair costs on a DSG puts my wallet in cardiac arrest.

Set the parking brake like you are supposed to. That is what it is there for.
