Exhaust Manifold to Turbo Gasket...

Would y'all recommend using this gasket between the turbo and exhaust manifold or no? I have an exhaust leak from behind the middle of the engine. I don't think it's coming from that spot. And I don't want to warp the flange there by sandwiching a metal ringed gasket someplace is not supposed to be.

i dont use one, and its ok. didnt look at link, if i remember its an expensive gasket.

The triangular gasket is not used from the factory. It's a metal to metal seal.

There wasn't one when I dismantled my engine for project and I didn't put anything in there when I reassembled it.
