you will need at least 2.5" downpipe (2.75" recommended) and larger diameter silicon boost pipes.

With healthy stock PD150 injectors you should be able to get close to 240-250bhp

I would also recommend 312mm brakes and strut brace + take good care of suspension...

GTB2056vk - all gone I do have one GTB2056vl but it would need some work around the vacuum actuator as it's not positioned very well looks like there will be a problem connecting water to it as the VNT rod is too close...

2.0TDI BKD/BKP GT17/52 hybrid

Hi,
new arrival, Garrett GT17/52 hybrid turbo, benefits from PD150 shaft and GT2052v cold side with 52mm compressor wheel and full size GT2052v compressor housing. The boost inlet and outlet are in pretty much stock position however they will need larger diameter boost pipes or reductions to fit onto your stock BKD/BKP engine (55mm inlet/52mm outlet). Otherwise the hybrid fits P&P.

This is the first one I've ever had so I'm looking for someone who will be able to test it and give some good feedback together with boost logs and RR printout. I will offer £50 cash back to any one willing to be a beta tester of this turbo. The regular price is £450 delivered within the uk. If you are not happy with it turbo you can post it back within 14 days and you will get full refund. I only require the buyer to be able to properly fit it and set up the VNT so this is not for people who need to use google to find out what a stop screw is etc...

The turbo will need proper VNT rod length and stop screw adjustment once fitted.
Decat is recommended.

Estimated power output on healthy BKD is 215-220bhp and max safe boost pressure 1.6-1.7bar.

Mine has been going great for quite a while now. I have a GTB1756VK. I'm running at about 2.0 bar peak and have about 12,000 km on it now. Looks and sounds perfect!

and here we have new arrival GTB2260vk hybrid turbo, modified for very quick spool and reliability with 300bhp power goal in mind, comes with uprated bearings, custom design billet wheel and VNT mechanism improvements. VNT is already set on this one and it should stand 2.4-2.5bar of boost no problem (but it's only guaranteed up to 300bhp) £800 delivered within the UK

any dyno graph to show mate?

Haven't gotten in to a dyno yet, still too many other things to do on my car. I still have room for more fuel too, peak EGTs are under 500C.

start with standard stage 1 map (1.5bar), make sure you have boost under control stop screw and VNT rod set up as required and fine tune it from there whoever does mapping should be able to sort this out no problem

What do you have for ALH at the moment? My caddy 9k looks about set to spit the oil seals out. Not after big power tbh, pd150 or thereabouts would suit. Ideally need stock ALH outlet rather than the big clip in version.

GTB1756vk hybrid with billet compressor wheel for 270bhp

another state of art high spec hybrid turbo arrived today: GTB1756vk with billet compressor wheel designed for 260-270bhp, £750 delivered within the UK.

It's not only more efficient but also more resistant to boost, and it's been fitted with uprated bearings and uprated piston ring seals to reduce oil contamination by the exhaust gasses. Comes with 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects.

BV43 CR140/CR170 highh spec hybrid with billet compressor wheel for 250bhp

CR170 BV43 hybrid turbo with billet compressor wheel good for 250bhp (will also fit CR140 engines with some small modifications) It's only £550 + delivery and paypal fee due to small crack (damage in transit) on the electrical socket on the actuator as pictured, the pins are all ok and the latch is still there so it's only cosmetic really it will still work as expected. So grab a bargain next one to come will be £650 at least.

It will stand 2.1-2.2bar of boost as far as you don't exceed the max power and keep EGT below 800C
