Hello all long time no see. Here is my deal. I currently have a 2013 SE TDI. It currently has a Malone stage 2.0 tune and the DSG tune. Nothing more.
I recently ordered the following; aFe Power Magnum FORCE 54-81711 Intake System
The aFe Mach Force XP Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System
And a Neuspeed TDI Turbo Discharge Pipe
The above is a teaser and I would like to get more hp from this car without making it completely unreliable. So I have decided to get a new turbo, intercooler, downpipe, a clutch, and new brakes. Here is what I have looked at so far. Am I completely off the mark with the configuration below?
New Garrett turbo with the straight pipe, feed and return lines, intake pipe, downpipe with DPF delete, and upgrade to the Malone stage 3.5 custom tune, and a new intercooler http://www.fixmyvw.com/garrett-cr190-gtd-turbo-for-cr-passat-tdi-and-2015-tdis/
Is there a better turbo option?
Will the Cat Back exhaust work with the downpipe config listed in the link?
Do I need to be looking at larger injectors?
I have not chosen a clutch yet
Thank you all in advance. Any advice will be greatly appreciated
Regards,
Gordon
