Legit IQ of 0.6-1.0 ?

I'm running an 11mm pump on .205 nozzles - when my ECU reports an IQ hovering between 0.6 and 1.0, is this correct? Or is it telling me that it WOULD be 0.6-1.0 if I was running stock? The highest I can get it to go is around 3.4. The car seems to run a little better now, but had little to no slow-down shudder before.

That is way too rich, reset the default to 32768 then hammer mod it up to 3.6-4.0, somewhere around there and see how it is.

It's too rich if the engine is really running like that - but I'm not sure it is, it's not too smoky, and only has a tiny stumble, and only when cold. I'm just not sure if the ECU is dealing with the pump signal correctly.
