Default value of performance mods to buyer or to liable insurance company

Sad to say, my 2000 Jetta TDI was totalled - not my fault, so I am looking to collect some insurance money. I asked for $2300 extra for the mods listed below, but they won't budge on their offer. Maybe your opinion can make a difference. Thanks.

PP520 nozzles
Alligator Tune
DC Stage II clutch
Panzer Plate

edit: I am trying to replace it by finding a newer, maybe 2003 wagon with a blown engine, not too far away, non-smoking, and cheap. Might need another poll for an estimate of how long it it will take me to find it.

Since this is the classifieds section, what is you you have for sale?

Mods don't increase the value much, if at all.

I do want to buy another car - probably would like a 2000-2003 Jetta TDI wagon with a bad motor and manual transmission.

just buyback the car from your insurance company shouldn't be bad under $1,000 and part the thing out make $$$$ . You could also try and find one with a bad motor etc and swap. Keep your mods that way.
