BEW PD TDI, used, 22000 miles
Greetings,
I have been troubleshooting a 16705 code for implausable signal from the G28 engine speed sensor and have discovered some wiring that has been modified at the ecm. I was wondering if anyone knows if there was ever a TSB regarding the wiring for the G28? Or if the wiring diagram for G28 that is in the Bentley Service Manual is different than the one in the Bentley Repair Manual CDROM. I also find it interesting that the wiring for the BEW G28 is different than the ALH G28. For anyone interested in diving into there harness or Bently manuals.....
-service manual page 97-869, No. 81/5
-my harness differs from diagram in that T3/3 sw was cut from T3/2 ws and connected to a yellow wire coming from T60/57 at the ecm.
