I had crystalization at the injector with the dreaded 200 miles before shutdown warning. I'm pretty sure a new reductant line will do the trick, so I got myself one and removed the old line.

Now for my question - how in God's name do I feed the new line, with connectors, through the channel to connect at the middle of the body? It's an easy job except figuring out how to get the new line in place. Any tips?

Should be covered by the warranty, why are you doing this yourself?
Probably covered by the extended warranty. I never considered the possibility (see "newbie"). I'm halfway in: I have the replacement part and I've removed the old line. At this point it would be easier to just finish the job than to take it to a dealer.

I'll know better on the next one. Any help?

The emissions warranty coves out to 162k miles or 11 years on anything that sets a check engine light or is emissions related. Better read up on this if you want to be in the know about your car. They should have given you a pamphlet when you bought it covering this, assuming you bought a buy back.
