After a few weeks of trouble free driving, my '04 PD went into limp mode this morning -- no MIL, but there were 3 codes:

You dont state how many miles are on the car, but i suspect it something along the lines of a vacuum hose that is off or broken. Carefully check every inch of hose and all connectors. Address the EGR before you go after the O2 code. The O2 code is likely caused by the EGR fault.

Thanks. There are 69000 miles on it -- I did all of the hoses and N75 a few weeks ago.
I thought the same thing about the O2 code being thrown by the EGR. I pulled and cleaned the EGR last night (and cleaned all of the electrical connections) -- it was a mess. My suspicion was that carbon build-up on the shaft was keeping it from travelling freely, and since it's motor driven that it was causing the high signal on the potentiometer when it couldn't move. So far so good today -- my first 40 miles of driving have been trouble free.
